LAURENCE A. SILVERMAN, Larry to those who know him, received his law degree from the prestigious New York University Law School, class of 1974, after graduating from Penn State University.  Practicing continuously on Long Island for more than 30 years, Mr. Silverman has successfully represented thousands of clients in Personal Injury and Criminal Defense cases. Brad H. Rosken graduated from Tuoro Law School, Jacob Fuchsberg Law Center, Huntington, NY  in 1993 after receiving a B.A. in history and government.  Mr. Rosken gained valuable trial experience as a prosecutor in the Bronx County District Attorney's office. His work as an Assistant District Attorney, trying serious felony cases against aggressive criminal trial lawyers, prepared him to be a formidable opponent of the insurance companies.  Mr. Rosken spent the next 10 years in New York City law firms where he limited his practice to representing injured individuals against insurance companies.  Mr. Rosken's many years of jury trial experience provide him with superior skills and knowledge for recovering monetary awards and settlements for people with personal injury, products liability, and medical malpractice claims. He has also argued and drafted briefs before the Appellate Divisions of New York State. He is presently admitted to practice law in all courts in the state of New York as well as in the U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Southern District of New York.
